How do I receive my digital SVG files after purchase?

Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an automated email containing a download link. You can also access your files at any time by logging into your account and visiting the 'Downloads' section.

What software do I need to use your SVG files?

Our SVG files are compatible with most major cutting machine software, including Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio Designer Edition, Adobe Illustrator, and CorelDRAW.

Do you offer refunds on digital downloads?

Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. However, if you experience any technical issues with the file, please contact us and we will resolve it immediately.

Can I use these designs for commercial projects?

Yes, all our designs include a limited commercial license that allows you to create and sell physical products. However, reselling or redistributing the digital files themselves is strictly prohibited.

What should I do if my file is corrupted or won't open?

First, try extracting the ZIP folder again. If the issue persists, please reach out to our support team with your order number and we will send you a fresh copy of the design files.

Do you accept custom design requests?
